OPERATIONAL TIME FRAME​​

 

While we aim to serve our clients as effectively and efficiently as possible, certain timeframes must be observed for the continued success of our business and yours.

 

We strive to complete all projects and requests in a timely manner while allowing enough time for the work to be completed to the best of our abilities. As such, we have implemented certain policies that govern the duration of our services. These include:

 

• Our team is unavailable from Friday at noon until Monday at 8 am (EST). Any requests submitted during this time will be given our prompt attention on Monday morning, but not before.

• We meet with our current clients once every month. This meeting is to monitor how everything is going with the digital marketing aspects of the business. Should you have any special requests, please bring them to our attention at this meeting. This will allow us to address any issues or concerns you may have in a timely manner.

• We require at least four days' notice for any requests that need urgent attention. This helps us ensure that we can provide the best quality of service while allowing us time to complete other tasks. This includes any tasks defined as "emergency" or "last minute" - should you require any work sooner than this turnaround period, it may be negotiated, but a fee will be attracted. • All messages, emails, and phone calls are given equal priority and answered in the order they are received. While this may involve a short delay when we provide a response, please rest assured that our team is working hard to ensure that you receive the best possible service from us.
