-ONBOARDING:

In this session, the new client will be introduced to their dedicated account management team. A link to their project tracking sheet will also be provided, serving as a repository for significant account information.

-WEEKLY MEETING:

Will Be Organized By Account Manager At The On-Boarding Meeting.

This will be the same weekly time and sent to the client's Google calendar.

Weekly 30-minute check-in sessions via Zoom are scheduled with each operator. This meeting serves as an opportunity to schedule weekly check-ins and training sessions throughout the life of the service agreement. During this time, a current punch list is created. This list is stored in the project tracking sheet and can be modified at the client's convenience. 

 

-ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT TEAM:

Each account management team comprises an account manager, creative designer, content designer, SEO and analytics expert, POS installation support, and social engagement manager. This team oversees the development of your account. 

At the end of week #4, each operator’s site will be ready for launch upon approval. The approval process will most likely roll into the Execution period.

STAGE #2: EXECUTION & BUILDING 2nd - 6th Month

During the second month of each service agreement, the focus shifts to evaluating the initial outcomes of the activities carried out in the preceding month. The launch of every website staggers from the 3rd week of Foundation to the end of Execution. Clients can access analytics through their dashboard, featuring a dedicated "Reports" section. This enables operators to retrieve sales, page visits, and traffic analytics, offering insights from various angles. The account management team will monitor the ease and access of making requests and viewing creative. All of the artwork will be loaded and sorted in the library of each operator.

STAGE #3: MAINTENANCE 6th Month - Forward:

During Maintenance, the operators settle into the workflow of their service agreements, reaching out to custom support when needed. Clients can request support by using this link.

-Admin is available Monday - Thursday, 9-6.
