FAQ

"When am I going to be on the first page of Google?!"

Question #1

Answer:

On average, it takes three-six months to rank a site. A good deal of strategic planning goes into following Google's ever-changing guidelines for ranking your site on the first page of Google for your primary search term. Or plainly,  what people will search on Google to find the service you provide. We hope they find you in the top five. Therefore giving them the opportunity to buy what you sell.

This is the first and the most often question we are asked. Every client's situation is different. But one thing that everyone has in common is that they all want to be #1.

Is it a matter of luck? No. It is a matter of patience, clarity, and persistence.

Once we start your service agreement, you are basically committed to letting us do our job. Sometimes it is a very fast process, and sometimes, it is not.

The shortest time we have ever ranked anyone in the top map pack on Google was two weeks. The longest was the full six months.

  • What Does Crawling & Indexing Have To Do With Ranking?
The most important thing to do to start the ranking process with Google is to make sure that it can be accessed by Googlebot. (We make this happen when your company takes us on for your SEO/SEM needs). Also referred to as a “spider,” Googlebot is Google’s web crawling bot, meaning that the search engine relies on this software to fetch, or “crawl,” web pages. Googlebot then adds the documents it has collected to the Google index. When someone types a word or phrase in the search box, Google pulls all web pages pertaining to the search term from this index. Sometimes we do a "Fetch" and request that Google index the site if there are problems getting it to index. You should know that Google often un-indexes a site if the site violates Google's most recent algorithm requirements for ranking. • How Does User Experience Particpate In Ranking?
User experience and Core Web Vitals are 2023's primary focus for Google. We aim to make every site easy for the consumer to comfortably find what they need in a short period of time. A clear path to a successful discovery of information or purchase is what Google wants for your site visitor. You should also know that Google has teams of people now paid to "grade" sites.
  • How Does Blogging & Posting On Social Support Ranking?
By Creating Hyper-Links & Backlinks Posting is a very big part of what we do to create hyperlinks and content. Posting on Facebook, Twitter, and other major social networks as well as sending links to blog directories. Healthy backlinks are a very big part of what we do for every URL we work with. This is an incredibly tedious process and it is part of what your service package pays for if you sign up with us for your SEO as part of your service package. Which most clients do if they want visibility on the internet.
  • How Does On-Page SEO, Spam Or Plagiarism Hurt Or Support Ranking?
It is very important for us to understand what your doing in your business, and where you want to rank regionally in order to get the best traffic and sales. If your intent is to rank internationally then our SEO approach will be varied for a local SEO approach. Even if Google is aware of your website and we have done everything we are supposed to do, Google can choose not to index it due to plagiarism, spammy language, or just plain bad writing. We have expert content writers on our team. This is part of the cost of our services. It is time-consuming and must be done correctly. In the end, the process of ranking is something that we do everything we can to make happen, but we are not Google. We just play by their rules. If you go to a digital marketing firm and they tell you they will rank you in a certain amount of time, run the other way. There is no way that any digital marketing firm can predict the day and time a site will rank.
  • What Does A Sitemap Have To Do With Ranking?
One of the methods we use to help a site rank is creating a sitemap, an XML document that lists each page on your website. The document is stored on your site’s server, so it stays in a place where spiders can always check for any updates or additions.
  • What Do Directory Submission & Off-Page Work Have to do With Ranking?
"Directory submission is defined as the practice of submitting your website URL and its details on the web in a directory under a particular category. This is a way that helps you to improve your link building. Directory Submission is an off-page factor that helps to optimize your webpage. In these directories, your own website is submitted to another website. There are different categories under which you can submit your website. For example, if you have a site related to Health, then you will submit your site under the Health category which will help you to get backlinks from them. It very interestingly builds links in one way. These directories are somewhat similar to the phone directories which has a list of websites in each category. There are three types of "Directory Submissions": Paid or Featured Web Listing: In this, the owner of the Directory's site will charge for Submission and your link will be approved in some moment or within 24 hours. This will help you in getting backlinks from this type of submission. Some sites offer this package for yearly or lifetime. Free or Regular Web Listing: It is free for Directory Submission, no one charges for free or regular submission but there is no guarantee of the websites getting approved by the Administrator. Also, this involves time. Reciprocal Regular Web Listing: In this, a reciprocal link must be submitted to your site when you activate Directory Link, only then the Directory administrator will approve your link. Payment Schedule Each project begins with a meeting where a plan is developed to build the product you need. The circumstances of each contract are unique to each business. After the initial meeting, a contract for service is developed. For short term projects a 50% deposit is needed to start. 25% will then be paid at the half way point. • Tell Us More About Campaigns That Primarily Focus On Instagram!
Growing trends point away from most social media outlets and to Instagram for industries such as fashion, food, entertainment, beauty, and most tangible commodities. What does this say about the future of Facebook, Twitter, TikTok & Linkedin? It says that social trends are changing, power is shifting, and the public is letting their choices be known. TikTok has proved dangerous, Twitter is an angry dumpster fire, and Meta was not the success it wanted to be. Even though Facebook owns Instagram, it has its vibe, and I think that 50% of the time, it is a space of relatability, freedom, and all that Meta wanted to be, in the end, its own universe. We shall see, but many roads of business point to Instagram.
